According to the Administration of Aging, the growth of the older population (65+) is increasing at an unprecedented rate in the United States and while Seniors today are working and living longer, the economic recession has forced many to consider downsizing from their family home.  Gone are the days of beach cottages or dream homes on the golf course.  Retiring Seniors are looking for more practical living arrangements that offer convenience, assisted living alternatives, social activities and good weather.
